Jordan Nelson Raising Recruiting Stock

Jordan Nelson (6' 3, SG, 2011)

The Fall months of September and October not only allow players to prepare for the upcoming high school season, they also present top players with the opportunity to raise their recruiting "stock" with good performances in Fall Exposure Camps and Showcases. FCI Warrior Jordan Nelson (6'3, SG, 2011) has just done that this Fall with a number of top performances. He was named the "Top Prospect" at the Prep Stars Elite Clinic held at the University of Alabama-Huntsville. He followed that up with recognition at the Tennessee Prep Hoops Showcase at Carson Newman College outside of Knoxville, Tn.

Jordan than put forth another strong outing, this time at the SEBA Atlanta All-Star Shootout held on Sept. 18 at Oglethorpe University. The camp presented the chance to play in front of more than 50+ college coaches and Jordan played well. He was named to the Top 30 All-Star Game (out of 180 players) and was listed as a "standout performer" in the camp scouting report.

Jordan recruiting stock is rising and he is poised for a big senior season at Union Grove High School.
